Zephyr, our annual technical festival organised during month of September ,it was a tremendous success. Approximately 6,000 participants and visitors contributed towards this festival which was held for 3 days. We saw some extraordinary display of technology such as the extravagant
‘Laser Harp’ and ‘Non-Newtonian Fluid Bed’.

The festival was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mr. Sandesh Shinde, our main sponsor, Godrej Properties. The mascot was inaugurated by our Principal, honourable Dr.B.K.Mishra. The first day was highlighted by events like ‘Phantasmagoria’, ‘Laser Tag’ and ‘Crystal Maze’. LAN Gaming had participation from some of India’s finest teams.
LAN Gaming included Counter Strike, NFS, DotA, FIFA and PS3 games. The other events included a blend of technical and nontechnical events. We had 2 robotics tracks, RoboWars, modified sports and radio controlled cars. The second day began with our new initiative for environment “Go Green” in association with “Samay Mumbai” and Lions Club International. The event was judged by the governor of Lions Club Mr.P.Ramaswamy and the internal Communication Skills faculty members. It was a social event conducted with the intent of raising awareness about environmental issues at the individual and local level.

Inauguration Function at TCET:

The highlight event of the second day was Footloose which involves B-Boying. Over eight hundred people clamoured to see this event unfold. Eleven teams participated with full enthusiasm and they were judged by the second biggest-boying crew in India, All In Crew.
